"Task Force Bantay Bigas"

Bacolod City Mayor Evelio Leonardia on Thursday ordered the creation of Task Force Bantay Bigas to monitor the prices of rice sold in the city especially National Food Authority (NFA) rice.
Leonardia ordered the creation of the task force to identify and monitor the supply and sales of rice by all dealers, retailers, and distributors in the city, ABS-CBN Regional Network Group reported.
