Give Thanks Lyrics

Give thanks with a grateful heart
Give thanks unto the Holy One
Give thanks because He's given Jesus Christ, His Son

(Repeat)

And now let the weak say, 'I am strong'
Let the poor say, 'I am rich
Because of what the Lord has done for us'

(Repeat)

Give thanks

Shell also hikes pump prices

Pilipinas Shell Petroleum Corporation on Friday became the first of the "Big 3" oil companies to announce its new round of increase in its pump prices following an earlier announcement of two independent oil firms.

Roberto Kanapi, Pilipinas Shell spokesman, said that the oil firm’s pump prices of gasoline, diesel and kerosene will increase P0.50 per liter effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

Kanapi also announced a rollback in their liquefied petroleum gas products by P0.50 per kilogram effective the same time.

UniOil first to announce

Independent oil player UniOil Petroleum earlier Friday said it will increase prices of its pump products P.50 per liter effective 6 a.m. Saturday.

Total Philippines followed with a P0.50 per liter (VAT included) increase in its gasoline, diesel and kerosene pump prices also effective 6 a.m. Saturday.

Total also said its LPG product will be reduced by P0.50 per kilogram (before Value-Added-Tax) effective 12:01 a.m. Saturday.

Last week, oil firms also increased pump prices at P0.50 per liter last Saturday. Last weekend's increase was the fourth this month making this round the fifth.

The three firms attributed its latest increase in pump prices to the "continued increase in the prices of petroleum products in the world market."

Other oil comapnies are expected to announce their price changes over the weekend.

LPGMA rollback

The LPG Marketers Association (LPGMA) announced Friday a rollback in the price of its LPG by P0.50 per kilogram and Autogas by P0.50 per liter effective Saturday, March 29.

"Rollback is due to $40 drop in international contract prices." says Arnel Ty, LPGMA president in a text message.

If the downward trend continues, Ty adds another round of weekly rollbacks may take effect on April.

"This is the first rollback we had for March, but the 9th for the whole year," according to Ty.

Motherboard

ASUS Technology has recently launched its latest motherboard, which features several digital home functions, support for Intel’s Core2 Extreme and Core2 Duo processors and ATI CrossFire graphics - the P5W DH Deluxe.

Company representatives said in several statements that this ‘deluxe motherboard’ offers multimedia entertainment, wireless networking, data protection, easy access and management of various functions without being restricted by the computer desk.

A new feature – the EZ-Backup – enables users to back up hard drive data without the need of complicated software configurations.

Consequently, the user can utilize the SATA2 technology to arrange RAID 1 (default) or RAID 0 systems without BIOS or any other setup process.

Moreover, the new motherboard is said to deliver steadier power supply for the CPU, therefore generating less heat than conventional power solutions and providing a cool computing environment for stable performance and higher overclocking margin. Also, it seems it can reduce the input ripple current and
output ripple voltage, diminishing the risk of high power stress effects of the CPU and power modules.

Another feature - WiFi AP Solo - offers an access point and wireless client modes in order to increase the versatility of the PC.

Even when the system is on stand-by, the AP mode continues to connect devise in the WLAN for games,
Internet access and printer functions sharing. WiFi-AP Solo is an onboard feature, which means users can save the extra cost for a standalone AP.

ASUS delivers a DH Remote used to turn the computer on and off, activate/ suspend mode and, more important, to access and manage the various digital home features offered by the P5W DH Deluxe. But the remote also delivers traditional functions, such as volume control, play, pause, fast forward and rewind.

A
s every manufacturer tries to eliminate the need for fans, ASUS developed a fan-less concept in order to provide a cool environment without all the items. As a result, the heat pipe, heat sinks and strategic board layout were developed to dissipate heat efficiently.

The cooling solution is called Stack Cool 2 and it is, in fact, a fan-less and zero-noise ASUS innovation, which is meant to transfer heat generated by the critical components to the other side of the specially designed PCB (printed circuit board) for heat dissipation without the noise made by high-speed fan rotatio

Processor

Every PC has a Central Processing Unit (CPU) which acts as the brain of your system. It is connected to the motherboard and works alongside the other components processing strings of data which allows for data and applications to rendered and run.
There are two companies who dominate the PC Processor market these are AMD and Intel. Both have been around for decades and have become main suppliers for the home and business markets.
Both companies have fierce rivalry and have near identical chip products on the market at the same time as they compete for the fastest chip and share of the market. Intel is without question the larger company and for many years was regarded as the fastest processor supplier. However it is now very close and many people are now turning to AMD for systems and upgrades.
My personal view is I have used both company's products over the years and found very stable and fast systems using both makes. The AMD processors do tend to run hotter than the Intel versions, but with a suitable fan this is easily kept under control.
Intel products have in my experience always been more expensive typically £20-£30 more than an AMD equivalent chips. Throughout my usage and builds find the AMD more affordable and easier to source cheaper but efficient coolers. Intel's products extra price is often as a result that they are available more in retail packaging rather than cheaper OEM.
If you are looking to upgrade then one of the main considerations is likely to be the price. On Intel based boards the area around the CPU is taken up by stands and clips which are needed to attach the heat sink and cooling fan, AMD products use a smaller traditional looking heat sink and fan which clip onto either side of the CPU socket and take up less space on the board.

My advice would be to compare the prices of the CPUs against the higher versions as often another £10 buys you a significant jump in processor speed. You should look at comparing like for like Intel and AMD products for price and check how much a compatible motherboard is likely to cost. As typically you will need to upgrade the motherboard, CPU and memory. This may seem like a lot but they work closely together and will give your system a significant performance boost.

Motorola to Play Big Role at CTIA Wireless 2008

Motorola is not really in its best period since it's in the mobile phone industry. This will apparently change after the 2008 edition of CTIA Wireless (1 – 3 April, Las Vegas),
where the American company plans to unveil several of its new handsets set to wow mobile users around the globe.

According to a video released on YouTube, Motorola has four new phones that will be announced during CTIA Wireless. The video was removed from YouTube shortly after being published, but thanks to Unwired View we have some images with the new handsets.

Among these new handsets there's a candybar that seems to be made in collaboration with Kodak. If this is true then it's clear that we're talking about a device with a high-end photo camera. It could be the 5 Megapixel phone announced by Motorola and Kodak in May 2007, or even a more evolved device. Anyway, the image with the new phone shows a keypad that resembles the one Motorola ROKR E8 comes with, which is a good thing, since this type of morphing keypad was pretty well
received by mobile enthusiasts in general.

The other new phones rumored to be presented by Motorola at CTIA Wireless 2008 are a smartphone from the Q series, a music-centered slider and a good-looking clamshell. We can't say much about them, since we don't have any official details.

As you probably already know, Motorola came with absolutely nothing worthy at MWC 2008 (11 – 14 February), but it did showcase some cool phones at the more recent 2008 CeBIT Fair: the banana-shaped Z10, ROKR E8 and the fancy U9 clamshell. Sure, these are not actually new handsets, as they've been first announced back in 2007, but they still represented a good line-up of products.

We're now waiting to see if Motorola will indeed come at CTIA Wireless 2008 with the rumored phones that we mentioned above. Moto fans sure hope so.

Heal our Land Lyrics

If my people will humble themselves
Humble themselves and pray
If they seek my face and humble themselves
And turn from their wicked ways

REFRAIN 1
I will hear from heaven and forgive their sins
I will hear from heaven and heal their land

Humble ourselves and pray
